DominionX is seeking a Full-Time Construction Superintendent to lead roofing and siding projects on multi-family and commercial builds in King of Prussia, PA. Onsite supervision and safety compliance are central, with collaboration across teams to meet specifications and budget.

Qualifications

• Six (6+) years of proven experience as a PM/SUPER in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in project management software and familiarity with construction scheduling and budgeting tools.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to effectively manage teams, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts.
• Ability to analyze complex issues, make decisions under pressure, and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear and concise communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy in project planning, execution, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Site supervision to ensure daily activities meet project specs and safety protocols.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, and documentation to complete projects on time and within scope.
• Conduct regular project meetings with clients and subcontractors to develop rapport.
• Coordinate subcontractors and labor teams to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion.
• Implement quality control processes to meet industry standards and client specs.
• Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders and upper management.
• Maintain accurate contracts, change orders, daily logs, and correspondence.
