Qualifications

• 5+ years of sheet metal installation experience in a commercial roofing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret project drawings and installation specs.
• Comfortable working at heights; climb ladders up to 60 ft.
• Lift 75 lbs or more regularly.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Install architectural sheet metal assemblies including flashing, counter flashing, coping cap, wall panels, roof panels, gutters, downspouts, and scuppers.
• Perform layouts: measure, mark, and align sheet metal components on-site.
• Maneuver, fasten, and anchor large sheet metal parts securely.
• Fabricate or alter parts on-site as needed to meet field conditions.
• Communicate effectively with crew members, foreman, and project manager.
• Maintain neat, orderly project sites per safety and housekeeping standards.
