Job summary

Best Choice Roofing is seeking Certified Roofing Specialists to assist storm-affected homeowners in recovering and pursuing high-income sales careers. You will meet clients, inspect properties for damage, guide them through roof restoration and insurance claims, and drive lead conversion with paid training.

Ideal candidates are coachable, communicative, and motivated by performance-based compensation, with 1–2 years in sales or customer service and a track record of exceeding quotas.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred, particularly in sales or customer service roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Comfortable initiating conversations and generating opportunities.

• Present estimates, obtain agreements, and collect payments as needed.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings, training, and coaching sessions.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable using smartphones, apps, and basic computer technology.
• Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs safely.
• Ability to work outdoors and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Availability for at least 40 daytime hours per week. Schedule flexibility is available, but most Saturdays are required.
