Industrious Ventures in San Francisco is looking for a Senior Systems Verification & Validation Engineer to ensure the safety and performance of autonomous delivery robots. This role involves leading test campaigns, collaborating cross-functionally to validate robot systems, and developing detailed test plans. Candidates should have a B.S. in engineering, 8+ years of experience in robotic systems design and testing, and strong communication skills. The compensation ranges from $185K to $205K, along with equity offerings.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in the design and test of complex electromechanical and/or robotic systems.
• Experience with test scripting and data analysis languages (Python and SQL).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for audiences ranging from technicians to senior executives.

• Lead verification & validation test campaigns that ensure all requirements are satisfied.
• Work cross-functionally to develop novel strategies for verification and validation.
• Maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, and results.
