Qualifications

• 5+ years of Design/Innovation, research & development, manufacturing, process, industrial engineering, or related experience.
• Experience in management of engineering design projects.

Responsibilities

• Dive deep and be hands-on to drive innovative and incremental improvements to physical processing and material handling solutions using leading technology, robotics, and data analytics to meet product flow requirements based on Amazon design principles. Lead technical design projects in concert with your team.
• Coordinate with technology product management and systems engineering teams to develop next-gen product features that further optimize performance of Fulfillment Centers, Sort Centers, and AMZLs.
• Manage relationships with key global leaders, partners, and customers to effectively influence, negotiate, and collaborate on systems design and integration all the way through building construction and startup.
• Travel up to 10%.
