The ideal candidate has over 7 years of experience with C++ or Rust, a strong engineering background, and eligibility for a U.S. Top Secret SCI clearance. Qualifications

• Strong engineering background in Robotics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics.
• 7+ years of C++ or Rust experience in a Linux development environment.
• Experience leading projects or teams; mentoring and developing engineers.
• Proven understanding of data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and code optimization.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain core libraries and services such as frame transforms and guidance.
• Own major feature development including system analysis and sensor selection.
• Implement scalable sub-systems for sensor processing and motion planning.
• Collaborate with hardware teams and operational experts to align requirements.
