RoboForce is an AI robotics company seeking a Senior/Staff Mechanical Engineer to design, develop, and refine mechanical systems for cutting-edge robotic products. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create reliable, high-performance solutions for demanding environments.

Ideal candidates hold an advanced degree and 5+ years in mechanical design, with CAD proficiency (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and experience in FEA.

Competenze

Master’s degree or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or related field.
5+ years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in robotics or automation.
Proficient in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and mechanical systems.
Experience with FEA and other simulation tools.
Proven track record of leading projects from concept to production.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Requires 5 days/week in-office collaboration with the teams.

Mansioni

Design and develop mechanical systems for AI robots.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical, electrical, and software components.
Conduct feasibility studies and simulations to evaluate designs.
Create engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation for manufacturing.
Work closely with vendors to design and develop various modules.
