Job summary

Apptronik seeks a Senior Application Engineer, Customer Experience to own Apollo demonstrations in California and at global events. You will design, build, and operate robot behaviors and environments for VIP visitors, applying engineering rigor used in customer deployments.

You will be the senior technical presence at the California office, interfacing with executives and partners, and providing feedback to product teams. This role sits in Applications Engineering and travels as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years in customer-facing engineering role owning demos/end deployments.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of Apollo demonstrations from scoping to delivery.
• Design demonstration scenarios aligned to customer workflows.
• Develop and tune robot behaviors and run-of-show for VIP visitors.
• Lead post-demo reviews to feed engineering/product improvements.
• Travel 20–40% domestically and internationally as needed.
