Job summary

RK&K is seeking Roadway Project Engineers of all levels to join our central Florida offices. The role involves working on roadway designs, including alignments and cost estimates, primarily for the Florida Department of Transportation.

Qualifications

• Minimum four (4) years of experience in roadway design.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Florida is required.
• Experience with FDOT Standard Plans and Florida Design Manual.

Responsibilities

• Design and analysis of horizontal and vertical alignments.
• Prepare roadway plan set components including plan, profile, and cross-section.
• Calculate quantities and prepare construction cost estimates.
