Job summary

ATCS is seeking a Senior Roadway Engineer or Project Manager to join its Virginia transportation team. This hybrid role allows you to work on impactful VDOT and municipal roadway projects. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and 6+ years of roadway design experience. Strong leadership and project management skills are required.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $125,000 to $175,000 per year, plus bonuses and comprehensive benefits, including customizable medical plans and PTO.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of roadway design experience, preferably in Virginia.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Knowledge of AASHTO, VDOT, and local design standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage roadway infrastructure projects.
• Develop roadway plans, profiles, and cost estimates.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers.
