Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Hematology/Oncology Cellular Therapy Research professional to coordinate clinical research protocols and oversee patient screening, enrollment and monitoring at the Midwest Chicago site.

The role requires Bachelor’s in Nursing, 5 years of clinical research experience, and on-site responsibilities at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital with potential travel to other facilities. EMR and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Typically requires 5 years of experience in Clinical Research enrolling subjects, conducting visits, maintaining source documents, and entering data in multiple electronic data systems.
• On-site responsibilities at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital with possible travel to other Advocate Health facilities.
• RN with Oncology experience preferred; Hematology/Oncology or research experience preferred.
• Experience with EMR, Microsoft Office, and other computerized programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the conduct of clinical research protocols/projects with emphasis on screening, enrolling, and monitoring patient candidates/participants.
• Acts as a subject matter expert/resource within Education, Disease Conditions, Computer Applications, Leadership and/or Integration of Research within Clinical Programs.
