Qualifications

• RN license is required.
• Basic Life Support certification is required.
• ACMA Accredited Case Management Certification required or must obtain within 2 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements departmental goals, plans, and standards aligned with clinical, administrative, legal, and ethical objectives.
• Directs and evaluates departmental operations, including patient care delivery and service levels to meet performance and quality targets.
• Plans staffing activities including hiring, orientation, evaluation, and ongoing education initiatives.
• Prepares, monitors, and evaluates budgets and coordinates audits to ensure compliant operations.
• Fosters an environment that supports professional growth and development.
• Integrates evidence-based practices into operations and clinical protocols.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
