The Staff Pad in partnership with a regional health care organization in Wausau, WI is seeking experienced Registered Nurses ready to advance their careers in a high-acuity, collaborative environment.

This role provides leadership pathways toward Charge RN, team lead, and other leadership opportunities, with opportunities to develop cardiac care expertise while caring for complex patients and mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin RN license and BLS certification required.
• Experienced RN with critical care or step-down experience; Cardiac care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment in high-acuity settings.
• Leadership, mentoring, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex, high-acuity patient assignments
• Support and mentor new nursing staff
• Partner with leadership to promote quality patient outcomes
