Job summary

The Valley Health System (VHS) is seeking an RN to provide safe, competent nursing care within Summerlin Hospital’s busy environment, upholding patient-centered care and clinical standards. This role includes leadership duties and collaboration with the healthcare team to maintain high-quality outcomes.

Graduation from an accredited nursing program with an active Nevada RN license is required, and specialty certifications may be needed by department.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing and licensure as an RN, with current Nevada RN license.
• ACLS/PALS/NRP or other department-specific certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies and standards.
• Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Oversees and guides employees under supervision; uphold Service Excellence standards.
