Qualifications

Senior IA/Cybersecurity professional with RMF experience.
Experience leading RMF across risk assessments, authorization, and continuous monitoring.
Proficiency implementing NIST SP 800-series, ICD 503, NISPOM, and related standards.

Responsibilities

Lead RMF activities for systems processing National Security information from categorization to continuous monitoring.
Provide senior technical leadership and independent judgment on cybersecurity and risk issues.
Ensure NISPOM and ICD 503 requirements are implemented and documented in RMF artifacts.
Develop and maintain SSPs, SCTMs, SARs, RARs, POA&Ms, and continuous monitoring plans.
Review architectures, controls, vulnerabilities, and environments to identify risks and mitigation steps.
Collaborate with ISSMs, SCAs, ISSOs, admins, engineers, and customers on accreditation activities.
Coordinate responses to findings and ensure timely closure; communicate complex RMF requirements clearly.
