Job summary

Chenega MIOS is seeking an RMF Analyst IV to oversee RMF analysis, ATO/POA&M coordination, and documentation development for Army AMC CIO tasks. This role emphasizes strong knowledge of RMF, NIST standards, and lifecycle security management.

The position requires 8+ years in cybersecurity compliance, DoD program experience, an active Secret clearance, and Security+ or equivalent certification. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, IT, or business-related fields is required.
• 8+ years of experience in Cybersecurity compliance/Risk Management Framework.
• 8+ years of experience with RMF (NIST SP800-53, NIST SP 800-37 DoDI 8510.01), ATO packages, POA&M development, and system categorization is required.
• 3+ years experience supporting DoD or federal programs is highly desirable
• Baseline and Full Computing Environment Certifications for IAT-II IAW DoD 8570.01-M (Security+ certification) required.
• Must have an active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS with SCI eligibility.
• Successfully pass background and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Assist RMF practitioner managing ATO packages, continuous monitoring plans, and eMASS documentation.
• Develop, review, and update RMF documentation for compliance.
• Coordinate with Program Information Security System Manager and AO for approvals.
• Oversee cybersecurity lifecycle from inception to completion.
• Prepare test plans and conduct security control testing per NIST standards.
• Review schedules, requirements, and risk assessments for security improvements.
• Develop security plans, assessment reports, and POA&Ms with remediation milestones.
