You will design systems supporting all RL workloads, from ad-hoc experiments to production training runs, and work to optimize performance, scalability, and observability across the stack.

Qualifications

• Experience building, debugging, and optimizing large-scale distributed systems.
• Comfortable solving problems across the stack and unfamiliar domains.
• Proficiency in Python, Jax, Rust, and/or C++.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the systems backing all RL workloads from small-scale ablations to production training runs.
• Profile, debug, and optimize end-to-end training performance.
• Improve scalability and observability of the RL stack.
