Job summary

Meta is seeking a hands-on technical leader to advance Personal Superintelligence by building and maintaining reinforcement learning infrastructure at the frontier of evals, datasets and experimentation. You will work across the research stack and connect research to product by providing robust black-box RL infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of industry experience in ML engineering, AI research, software engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of technical leadership for complex, multi-person projects.
• Experience scaling RL infrastructure and agentive RL or RLHF/RLAIF.
• Strong Python and systems language (C++, Rust, or Go).
• Proven ability to deliver impact within timelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain RL black-box environment verticals for Muse, MetaAI, and other products.
• Ensure secure execution of challenging evals and RL problems.
• Design interactions between RL infrastructure and VM solutions and core framework.
