Qualifications

• Minimum two years of relevant legal/paralegal experience.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.
• Proficient with information governance and compliance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support IG operations, policies, and governance tech.
• Administer and monitor IG processes for compliance and risk reduction.
• Manage lifecycle of electronic client and firm records across onboarding, offboarding, transfers.
• Safeguard sensitive information and administer legal holds.
• Provide root cause analysis, reporting, and workflow support to leadership.
• Develop training materials and lead firmwide awareness initiatives.
• Prepare reports and maintain confidentiality and integrity.
