The role sits within Commercial Risk Management’s Strategy & Analytics team, bridging modelers and senior leaders.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of professional experience performing analysis.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field by start date.
Ability to translate data insights into strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

Identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement and solve using analysis to make strategic or tactical recommendations.
Model analytics to assist new product/models for various lines of business within Commercial Bank.
Support step-change improvements in credit performance by connecting drivers of future trends to historical behavior and testing hypotheses.
Lead problem framing, develop hypotheses, test analyses, and oversee implementation and monitoring.
Collaborate with Model Development, Credit Officers, Underwriters, Relationship Managers, Finance and others to drive credit risk modeling improvements.
