Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, data mining, and databases.
• Authorized to work in the United States; cannot sponsor visas.
• Proficient with SQL, Fabric, Python, R or BI software.
• Proficient with MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI.
• Strong statistical and data analysis skills with modeling experience.

Responsibilities

• Mine, process and analyze data using SQL, Fabric, Python and R.
• Develop and present analyses on performance, trends and projections.
• Prepare recurring and ad-hoc analysis and reporting on portfolios.
• Build, recalibrate, and validate advanced predictive models.
• Identify portfolio trends and KPIs related to market values and depreciation.
• Collaborate with IT and business lines to manage large data sets.
