Ladders is seeking a Senior Risk Analyst to strengthen fraud and account protection controls for a high-growth digital financial services environment. Location: Remote in the United States.

You will use data-driven analysis to identify emerging scam patterns, improve reporting, and support decisions that protect large customer populations. This role partners closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to scale risk strategies and communicate insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of risk experience in e-commerce or financial services.
• 2+ years of data analysis using SQL and Python.
• Proficiency with Tableau or Looker for reporting.
• Ability to independently manage analytics projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with blockchain analytics and cryptocurrency fraud trends.
• Experience using generative AI responsibly for workflow improvements.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Risk Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will focus on strengthening fraud and account protection controls for a high-growth digital financial services environment. You will use data-driven analysis to identify emerging scam patterns, improve reporting, and support decisions that protect large customer populations. This position partners closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to scale risk strategies and communicate insights to senior leadership.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $167,280 – $196,800 annually

Responsibilities

• Own risk controls for account takeover and scam prevention, scaling processes as the business grows
