• High level of communication skills, both oral and written.
• Valid driver license and Notary Commission.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
• Able to walk long distances or climb steep terrain.
• Strong computer skills and ability to use mapping systems.

Aufgaben

• Handle complicated negotiations with landowners for rights related to transmission and/or distribution facilities and supervise contract agents as required.
• Settle complicated damage claims with landowners relative to property damage caused or created by AEP.
• Search courthouse and other records to determine present property ownership and interests; advise on fair market values.
• Draft and supervise documents for rights of entry, damage claims, contracts, easements, licenses, leases, permits, options to purchase.
• Assist ROW Supervisor and provide functional support to other AEP Business Units.
