The ideal candidate has experience with high-performance or luxury vehicles, strong tool proficiency, and the ability to travel 40–50% for testing across the country. Safety and precision are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Automotive technician degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven record of innovation and problem solving.
• Experience with high-performance or luxury vehicles.
• Ability to travel 40-50%.
• Own a professional automotive toolbox.
• Available to work overtime, evenings, and weekends when needed.
• Technical and mechanical skill-set.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Able to handle numerous ambiguity projects simultaneously with ease.
• Extremely high attention to safety and details.
• Proof of excellence in your past position.
• Experience using electrical test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation, component upgrades, and maintenance of vehicle dynamics prototype fleet.
• Perform and streamline component swaps during tuning sessions.
• Collaborate with development team to deliver world-class ride and handling.
• Travel to test tracks, proving grounds, and racetracks around the country.
• Install data acquisition systems on prototype vehicles.
• Troubleshoot and document mechanical and electric issues.
