Barrette Workforce Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior RF Test System Engineer to join the ADCS team in Loveland, Colorado. In this highly autonomous, customer-facing role, you will design, integrate, and deploy advanced RF test systems for aerospace and defense customers.

Qualifications

• Test Engineering skills and familiarity with RF measurement methods.
• Experience with ATE systems and RF test equipment is required.
• Knowledge of EW, SATCOM, radar and microwave concepts is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, integration and deployment of RF test systems for aerospace and defense.
• Collaborate with customers to translate requirements into mission-critical test solutions.
• Work across hardware and software domains in a highly autonomous, customer-facing role.
