Job summary

CA CI International is seeking a Systems Integration and Test Technician for our Melbourne, FL office with occasional travel to Baltimore, MD. The role focuses on RF rack setup, integration and testing of complex RF card assemblies, and supporting production introduction with new test procedures and equipment.

The candidate will drive root cause investigations and disposition of non-conforming material, while championing waste removal and ongoing design/test improvements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience integrating and testing complex RF and electronic systems.
• Expertise with RF communications, microwave systems, and DSP systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot RF hardware at component and system levels.
• Strong understanding of RF propagation, impedance matching, S-parameters, gain/attenuation, and noise figure.
• Experience interpreting RF schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support in documentation, setup and maintenance of RF test racks for production acceptance testing.
• Provide integration and test support on complex high performance RF circuit card assemblies.
• Support deployment and execution of new test procedures, firmware, software and equipment for new product introduction.
• Drive root cause and corrective action investigations on production failures.
• Disposition non-conforming material that failed in production.
• Champion waste removal and continuous improvement in design and test of products.
