Qualifications
5+ years of progressive experience in RF design, development, and validation with proven product market experience.
Expertise debugging RF issues and evaluating metrics like TIS, TRP, and Return Loss.
Ability to work with both Electrical and Mechanical Engineers to optimize designs.
Responsibilities
Own and optimize SimpliSafe’s RF performance across products.
Build RF testing capabilities, including test plans and equipment selection.
Manage ODMs and third-party labs in the design and testing of products.
Skills
Deep expertise in Radio and front-end design
Expertise in encoding methods and modulation schemes
Proficient with RF testing techniques
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Familiar with MAC Layer protocols
