  • Contribute to IR&D studies and lead IR&D tasks, working on projects involving innovative methods or applications.
  • Support business development efforts led by others and maintain business interactions with external clients.
  • Provide technical expertise to marketing and project development, investigating new project opportunities.
  • Participate in Battelle-sponsored conferences and scientific conferences, peer review panels, and increase company visibility through publications.
Key Qualifications
  • Design and develop RF systems including transmitters, receivers, and transceivers for EW and communications applications.
  • Lead antenna design efforts, including simulation, prototyping, and performance validation for defense-related RF systems.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in RF systems engineering within the defense industry.
  • Expertise in Electronic Warfare and communications systems.
  • Strong knowledge of RF design, signal processing, and system integration.
  • Experience with modeling and simulation tools such as MATLAB and Simulink.
