Job summary

Riverstone Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Senior Signals Software Engineer to join our team in Annapolis Junction, Maryland. You will maintain and enhance signal processing software, analyze requirements, and design features for RF systems, using C++ and Java on Linux.

You will collaborate to integrate software into new environments, debug defects, and develop tests to ensure performance and reliability of detectors, demodulators, and protocol processors.

Qualifications

• :Bachelor's degree required; 7+ years RF signals software engineering exp preferred.
• 7+ years experience as Signals Software Engineer or equivalent in RF systems.
• Strong background in DSP, modulation, coding, and signal processing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance signal processing software (detectors, demodulators, protocol processors).
• Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements.
• Design and code new software or modify existing software to add features.
• Debug software and correct defects.
• Describe signal processing techniques and RF modulation methods.
• Write software using C++ and Java; work with Linux.
• Integrate software into new or modified systems.
• Develop/test procedures for software components.
