Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics, Drafting, Engineering Technology, or related field with 7+ years PCB drafting experience.
• Experience drafting RF and/or power IC boards.
• Proficiency with Altium Designer, Siemens PADS, OrCAD, or equivalent.
• Experience creating footprints and libraries for ICs.
• Familiarity with multi‑layer boards, RF isolation, shielding, impedance, and power distribution.

Responsibilities

• Schematic capture and detailed multi‑layer PCB layout for RF and power boards.
• Create and manage IC footprints and libraries.
• Place, route, and update layouts with RF isolation and power distribution.
• Prepare Gerbers, BOMs, drawings, and fabrication docs.
• Collaborate with engineers to meet mechanical and electrical constraints.
• Support prototype fabrication and board bring‑up.
• Review junior drafters' work for consistency.
• Maintain drawing packages with configuration control.
