You will lead tests, analyze results, and mentor junior engineers while supporting customers and showcasing our cutting-edge solutions. Responsibilities include planning RF verification, operating test equipment and channel emulators, analyzing L1/L2 logs, and integrating multi-vendor systems.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of RF performance verification or testing in telecom.
• Deep understanding of 3GPP LTE/NR standards and RF principles.
• Experience mentoring engineers and supporting customers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and analyze RF verification tests for 4G/5G.
• Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and optimize systems.
• Demonstrate products and train customers/internal teams.
