Job summary

oneNav, Inc. seeks a Senior RF Design and Test Engineer to advance RF/microwave circuits for GNSS silicon and modules. You will lead experiments, debugging, and automated tests, while collaborating with RF, digital hardware, and GNSS software teams in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities include test board design, production support, and developing Python-based test scripts. A strong background in RF impairments and lab equipment is required, with 6+ years in RF R&D and 3+ years

Qualifications

• M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of RF hardware R&D experience.
• 3+ years of Python programming experience.
• Understanding of RF receiver impairments (phase noise, nonlinearity, IQ imbalance).
• Hands-on with lab equipment (generators, spectrum analyzers, VNAs, scopes).
• Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, and/or C/C++.
• Experience designing high-signal-integrity microwave systems.

Responsibilities

• Design RF/microwave circuits and systems for GNSS silicon.
• Develop experiments to analyze receiver sensitivity and interference immunity.
• Lead debugging and bring-up of RF, analog, and mixed-signal hardware.
• Support high-volume production tests and automated testing.
• Develop test procedures and Python-based automation scripts.
• Design test boards and customer evaluation PCBs.
