Job summary

H1 is seeking a Sr. Revenue Operations Analyst to support the global Commercial organization. You will partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, and Finance to ensure the Commercial team is set up for success.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, cross-functional execution, and scalable processes in a high-growth SaaS environment. Travel may be required for in-person interviews based on location.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, or Go-to-Market Operations, ideally within a B2B SaaS company.
• Eastern or Central time zone preferred to support a global team.
• Demonstrated ability to design, improve, and operationalize business processes at scale.
• Experience with GTM tools and AI-assisted RevOps workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support revenue planning, reporting, and analysis across territories, quota, and KPIs.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor productivity and performance.
• Analyze Commercial performance and translate questions into data-driven recommendations.
• Develop AI agents, skills, and workflows to improve RevOps efficiency.
• Support initiatives to improve Commercial effectiveness and productivity.
