Job summary

Flatiron Development & Custom Homes in Colorado's Front Range seeks an experienced architectural production specialist who transforms conceptual designs into coordinated construction documents. You will report to the director of architecture and produce permit-ready sets for high-end residential projects.

Strong Revit skills, deep knowledge of residential construction, and the ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Experience reading and coordinating structural engineering and mechanical layout drawings.
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
• Willingness to work in-office full time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed Revit models for custom residential projects.
• Produce Design Development drawing sets.
• Produce permit submittal documents.
• Produce complete construction document packages.
• Create plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and sheet layouts.
• Maintain drawing consistency and graphic standards.
