Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Review Appraiser to ensure quality and scope adherence across multi-property or portfolio valuation assignments. You will mentor CIVAS appraisers, manage client communications, and coordinate diligence, inspections, and team assignments on a regional or national basis.

The role requires an MAI designation, a bachelor’s degree, and 8–10 years of related experience, with strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree is required with MAI designation preferred.
  • Eight to ten years of related work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and client communication.
  • Strong team orientation and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Perform internal review of appraisal reports for conformity with standards and scope.
  • Ensure quality analysis using core components: completeness, accuracy, adequacy, relevance, reasonableness.
  • Discuss methodology with appraisers and mentor CIVAS appraisers when needed.
  • Manage client communications and portfolio assignments; coordinate due diligence and inspections.
  • Create templates per client requirements and oversee review comments.
