  • Ensure accurate revenue recognition and related accounts in compliance with ASC 606.
  • Review and document technical accounting conclusions for complex contracts and multi-element arrangements (hardware, SaaS, professional services).
  • Partner cross-functionally to evaluate contracts, resolve revenue issues, and optimize order-to-cash processes.
  • Oversee monthly and quarterly close activities, analytics, and revenue reporting.
  • Maintain and strengthen internal controls and support internal and external audits, including SOX compliance.
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Coach and develop team members while fostering a high-performance culture.

  • Experience with automation and data tools (e.g., Sigma, Snowflake, Power BI, Salesforce, RevStream) strongly preferred.
  • Finance or FP&A experience a plus.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex accounting matters clearly.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on process improvement and scalability.
