Responsibilities

• Lead the global revenue accounting function ensuring compliance with ASC 606.
• Analyze complex arrangements including multi-element contracts, distributor sales, rebates, and other variable consideration.
• Oversee month-end and quarter-end close processes.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and revenue analytics.
• Partner with FP&A and Sales Operations for reporting, forecasting and business insights.
• Provide insights into revenue trends, margin impacts, and key business drivers to senior leadership and investors.
• Drive automation and ERP enhancements.
• Champion data integrity, analytics, and real-time reporting capabilities.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives to handle high-volume, high-complexity semiconductor transactions.
• Serve as the primary liaison with auditors on revenue matters.
• Ensure readiness for SEC reporting requirements, including disclosures.
• Ensure SOX compliance within the order-to-cash process.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a global revenue accounting organization.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

The pay range below is for Bay Area California only. Actual salary may vary based on a number of factors including job location, job‑related knowledge, skills, experiences, trainings, etc. We also offer incentive opportunities that reward employees based on individual and company performance.
