Bridge Medical, a rapidly growing healthcare organization across New York State, seeks a Revenue Cycle Director in Midtown Manhattan. You will lead and scale revenue cycle operations, reporting directly to the CEO and guiding a team of six professionals.

The role focuses on maximizing reimbursement, reducing denials, and ensuring compliance with payer requirements, with extensive NY Workers' Compensation and No-Fault experience required.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with New York Workers' Compensation billing and collections.
• Extensive experience with New York No-Fault billing and collections.
• Proven success managing the full revenue cycle in a healthcare organization.
• Revenue Cycle leadership experience overseeing billing and collections teams.
• Strong understanding of denial management, appeals, and reimbursement optimization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all revenue cycle functions including: charge capture, coding review, and claims submission.
• Manage accounts receivable, collections, and denial management.
• Lead a team of six direct reports and support future department expansion.
• Optimize Workers' Compensation and No-Fault billing workflows to maximize reimbursement.
• Monitor revenue cycle KPIs and implement process improvements.
• Deliver financial and operational reporting to the CEO.
