Job summary

DCAS in New York City seeks a Revenue Budget Analyst to oversee OMNY intra-city revenue and expenses within a centralized process. You will ensure agency agreements are recorded, funding approvals are secured, and LOIs are submitted when needed.

You will maintain budget tracking, coordinate with OCP and OMB, and handle journal entries for intra-city programs, supporting city-wide financial operations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in economics, finance, accounting, business or public administration, etc., with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree with 3 years of related experience.
• Associate degree with 5 years of related experience.
• High school diploma with 7 years of related experience.
• Combination of education and experience acceptable with coursework credits.

Responsibilities

• Maintain budget, expense and revenue tracking for OMNY intra-city program.
• Process DCAS side of budget modifications and reductions.
• Process monthly IETCs charging agencies for expenditures and revenue credits.
• Coordinate with Office of Citywide Procurement for budget reporting and mods.
• Coordinate with OCP for projection updates for OMB exercises.
• Assist with budget, revenue and expense tracking for intra-city programs.
• Assist with journal entries for OMNY and other programs.
