Qualifications

• Active Life & Health insurance license.
• Active Series 65 or 66.
• Proven track record in retirement planning and presenting plans face-to-face.
• Strong consultative communication—listen first.
• Comfort weaving annuities and insurance into holistic planning.
• Experience in an appointment-driven or inbound-lead environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and planning meetings with clients, typically ages 50–75
• Build and present written plans covering income, investments, and protection
• Run a consistent planning, follow-up, and review process — we don't set and forget
• Partner with service and ops for a seamless client experience, onboarding through reviews
• Grow into a lead advisor role as the Indianapolis office expands
