Golden Reserve, a full-service RIA and insurance firm, seeks a senior financial sales professional in-office in Ohio. You will lead client meetings, uphold firm standards, and mentor developing advisors, with potential to move into leadership roles as you perform.

Strong pre-qualified leads and a supportive marketing engine back you up. We provide a base salary of $225,000 to $275,000 plus uncapped production and bonus compensation, with generous benefits and a growing national footprint.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years+ of new client financial services sales experience (not servicing).
• Blue-collar mindset with accountability, ownership and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead client meetings and drive new client acquisition.
• Uphold Golden Reserve's processes and standards.
• Serve as culture leader and mentor for developing advisors.
