Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a Senior Retail Stocking Associate (full-time) in New Bern, NC. This role offers an hourly wage of $15.00, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, and a 401(k) plan.

Eligible associates accrue paid time off up to 152 hours yearly and paid sick time up to 64 hours annually. Work hours are scheduled within the store's operating window (6am–10pm).

Responsibilities

• Provide a great experience for our customers
• Handle various sales transactions
• Encourage customers to participate in company programs
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store
• Cross-train in all areas of store operations including Stocking/Sales associate duties, and responsibilities
• Other duties as assigned
