Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a Senior Retail Sales Associate in Torrington, CT for a full-time role. The position offers $21.50 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, and a company-matched 401(k).

PTO and sick time are provided, along with associate discounts and a structured path to promotion. You will deliver excellent service, handle sales transactions, and promote company programs while maintaining a clean, safe store environment

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers in selecting products.
• 6am–10pm operation hours require flexible scheduling.
• Ability to learn store programs and promotions quickly.

The anticipated rate for this position is $21.50 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. In addition, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits to Associates (and their families) such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.
