Harbor Freight Tools in Texas is seeking a Senior Retail Sales Associate (full-time) to join a high-performing team. You will be empowered to lead and develop within a retail environment, with a compensation rate of $14.50 per hour depending on location and experience.

Responsibilities include delivering outstanding customer service, managing sales transactions, promoting company programs, and maintaining a safe, organized store. Benefits are offered and paid time off accrues for associates.

The anticipated rate for this position is $14.50 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. In addition, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits to Associates (and their families) such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.
Respectful schedules during operating hours of 6am - 10pm.
