Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools in Coldwater, MI is seeking a Senior Retail Sales Associate to join our store team in a full-time role. You will engage customers, handle sales transactions, support programs, and maintain a safe, clean, and organized shop floor while contributing to a focused, high-performing team.

Expect a schedule that spans opening hours from early morning to late evening (6am–10pm) and a benefits package including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) matching, PTO, and associate discounts.

• Cross-train in all areas of store operations, including stocking and sales duties

Job description

The anticipated rate for this position is $15.75 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience.

In addition, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits to Associates (and their families) such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.

Respectful schedules during operating hours of 6am - 10pm.
