Job summary

Walmart Inc. is hiring a Senior Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician for an on-site role in Yuma, AZ. You will maintain and repair Walmart refrigeration and HVAC equipment, troubleshoot issues, and manage work orders to support store operations.

The position requires EPA Type I/II or Universal certification, 10 years’ experience in commercial refrigeration HVAC, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 75 pounds. A HS diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• 10 years’ experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
• Large scale rack refrigeration experience.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal certification for refrigerant handling.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
• 18+ with HS diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets using tools.
• Receive and document repair work orders to support stores.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect facilities and diagnose issues.
• Complete training to operate equipment safely.
• Comply with OSHA and EPA regulations per Walmart policy.
• Lift up to 75 pounds and work at heights as needed.
