A leading automotive parts retailer in Ogden, Utah, is seeking a Retail Parts Pro. This full-time role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing DIY services, and utilizing advanced automotive knowledge. The ideal candidate has experience in automotive parts and proven sales ability, alongside strong communication skills and a valid driver's license. ASE Certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with experience in fulfilling customer transactions.
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus).

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing.
• Ensure high standards of customer service.
