Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience across print and digital.
• Experience in retail or high-volume, customer-facing environments.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
• Strong typography, layout, and brand consistency across campaigns.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Concept and execute cohesive creative for print, digital, email, web, and in-store signage.
• Translate briefs and brand guidelines into customer-focused design solutions.
• Develop layouts, design systems, templates, and digital experiences in Figma.
• Prepare production-ready files for print and digital delivery.
• Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, merchandising, copy, and stakeholders.
• Present concepts, incorporate feedback, and refine work.
