Qualifications

• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, permitting, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of retail and commercial construction projects.
• Manage subcontractor procurement, contract execution, and performance.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Collaborate with owners, architects, and consultants to resolve issues.
• Conduct regular site walks and safety audits.
• Mentor APMs and Project Engineers as part of the project team.
