Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (civil, environmental, coastal, or related)
• PE license in Oregon or ability to obtain by comity
• Eight (8) years of relevant engineering experience
• Experience with HEC-RAS and hydraulic/hydrologic modeling software
• Experience developing ecological restoration and fish passage design in AutoCAD Civil 3D
